The comfort, taste and flavors of typical Apulian cuisine

Every day our Chef selects the ingredients with love and attention, offering them to our Guests Special Menus always diversified, in which he combines with mastery the aroma of the meat, the freshness and flavors of the sea, the authenticity of the fruits of nature and the earth.

You will find the inevitable classics of national and international cuisine and the renowned products and recipes of the rich Gargano and Apulian tradition, which guarantee an unequivocal result: a wide range of dishes capable of satisfying the pleasure of every palate, a perfect balance between theinnovation and the tradition, with a strong Apulian identity.

The same craftsmanship is lavished on the Gluten-free menu. The Park Hotel Villa Americana is indeed registered with the AIC, theItalian Celiac Association recognized nationally which brings together all catering and accommodation activities that follow the safety standards for gluten-free cooking. With care and attention our Chef takes into account the particular needs of celiac guests during the preparation of the dishes gluten-free dishes, without ever depriving them of the pleasure of savoring the richness of taste of our cuisine.

Among the typical dishes we remember panzanella garganica, bruschetta, stuffed cuttlefish, broad beans and chicory, peppered mussels, guazzetti, fried paranza and again, homemade pasta (orecchiette, maccarun a'fus, troccoli and strascinati) or the very delicate garganelli with Gargano citrus fruits. On Apulian tables there is never a shortage of bread, seasonal vegetables, wine, local cheeses, such asricotta, cacio ricotta, pecorino, caciocavallo podolico em>, or homemade liqueurs, such aslimoncello, arancino, laurinoor the very delicate cherry exclusive to Villa Americana, but the king of our tables is certainly Green Gold, or olive oil.

The picture is completed by the welcoming and unmistakable atmosphere of the elegant "La Zagara" Restaurant Room, overlooking the citrus garden from which it takes its name, with its play of light and the view of the sea. Zagara further enriches the moments dedicated to taste and flavours. Finally, the courtesy and professionalism of the dining room staff add the special ingredient that always makes our guests' stay pleasant and unforgettable.
